Well abandoned on 7/24/13, Sealing form received (AD)
02/04/2013: I just spoke with the operator at Crescent City (IL0750300) and well 2 (WL47551) is no longer in service. The motor has been pulled and he thinks the screen may have collapsed. They are looking into having a new well drilled and having this one abandoned. They will no longer be able to take any samples from well 2.
